The Story
Ezra approached me with the goal of creating a landing page that would support his work as a Chinese medicine practitioner, strengthen his online presence, and allow patients to book treatments easily and independently—without the need for a phone call or waiting for a response. Together, we mapped out the key needs and priorities, viewing the page from the perspective of a patient who may be unfamiliar with the world of Chinese medicine and needs clear, calming guidance. In collaboration with designer Yosef Allen, we developed a clean, gentle visual language and a set of custom icons that reflect the clinic’s minimalist and grounded approach. The page was built using GeneratePress Pro with custom HTML, CSS, JS, and PHP, and includes a booking system that shows real-time availability, allows appointments to be scheduled directly through the site with email notifications, and offers an additional option to get in touch via WhatsApp. Today, Ezra has a landing page that creates a strong sense of presence and stability for his business, is used in email signatures and professional groups, and serves as an emotional and business foundation for future growth and promotion.
